Lord in thy Mercy. Hear our Prayer
After a turbulent 12 months of the pandemic, which has brought such chaos to our lives: isolation, loneliness, job losses, furlough, illness, and bereavement, may the wonder of Christ’s resurrection bathe us all in glorious Easter light, so that we can bring the light of Christ into the world.
Lord in thy Mercy. Hear our Prayer
We pray for all those that feel the weight of grief and loss. Today, as we witness the meaning of everlasting life, may those that are grieving, just as Mary did, know that their loved ones are now resting with our Lord, her Son, in heavenly peace.
Lord, the resurrection of your son has given us new life and renewed hope. Help us to live as new people in pursuit of Your righteous path. Merciful Father, accept these prayers for the sake of your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen.
